In Bangladesh the power plugs and sockets are of type A, C, D, G and K. For Type A plugs, they have two flat 1.5mm thick blade parallel pins. Type C plugs have two round 4mm prongs. Type D and G plugs have three round prongs arranged in a triangle shape. Type K plugs have three round pins as per Danish DS 60884-2-D1 standard. The standard voltage in Bangladesh is 220 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz.
